We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Homecare Officer to work within a established staff team that provide care provision for a Care Service Provider.

The Position:
You will be joining an established staff team of office and field workers that provide support to various types of service users.
There will be many varying duties that you would be required to under take including:
• To assist in the day to day operation of the home care business.
• To participate as required in multi disciplinary assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care.
The Person:
Must have previous experience working within domiciliary care setting Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, with the want to progress to NVQ Level 3 Must have fantastic communication skills This position would be ideal for candidates from the following backgrounds: Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, assistant manager or Team Leader.

You will be joining an established office team that currently have a number of hours with over 70 care staff within the field, that provide support to various types of service users including learning disabilities, elderly, mental health and complex needs.
There will be many varying duties that you would be required to undertake including:
• To assist in the day to day operation of the home care delivery services.
• To participate as required in assessment of service users and subsequent planning of service user care.
• Define special care needs, monitor and review.
• Liaise with professional care organizations in respect of developing care services.
• Attend Review meetings.
The Person:
Must have computer skills and previous experience of working within the care industry with Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care. Must have excellent communication and office skills.
This position would be ideal for candidates from the following backgrounds: Senior Carer, Care Supervisor, or Team Leader.
