Support Workers Recruitment
We are looking for a few ordinary people with extraordinary hearts. Experienced support workers with passion for working with adults with learning disabilities.
Working in the care sector will give you the chance to make a real difference to peoples’ lives. Care work is extremely demanding and can provide a great career path – need to show enthusiastic and passion.
As a support worker you will participate in delivery of a high quality service, maintaining service users’ right and working with outcome based support plans. To successfully fill the support worker role you must have a relevant qualification in line with the requirements of CQC or be committed to achieving this withing the appropriate timescale. You should have a proven track record of a minimum of one years’ experience in similar settings. You should be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate verbally throughout all levels of the organisation and evidence the ability to build strong professional relationships with families and external partners. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a good motivator.
Focus Care Services also recruits qualified social workers and support staff for a number of social services providers in and around the Yorkshire region.
