Pay Scale- £8.75- £9.30 per hr subject to substantial experience and a satisfactory performance review period.

Due to expansion of our current services we are seeking to appoint 2 Team Leaders to work within our Adult Supported Living Service. You should have previous experience of working with adults with varying degrees of disability diagnosis. We also want to hear from candidates from other social care disciplines who consider themself to have the necessary transferable skills to fulfil the role of a team leader role.

Essential Criteria

  • To apply for the position you will require a minimum of 3 years continuous experience within the Adult Social Care Sector.
  • Proven ability to follow management Instructions
  • Be prepared to work unsociable hours including some weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Provide Team Leader cover at alternate venues when required.
  • Be trained to minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Work in Partnership with other agencies.
  • Represent a positive service image at all times.
  • Car driver essential.
  • Prepare staff rota on a monthly basis.
  • Carry out supervisions and annual training and development plans.
  • Make a positive contribution to the Care and Risk Assessment Management processes.
  • Notify the Registered Manager of all significant Notifications

Deputy Care Manager
