Work Opportunity: Business Support/ Office Administrator

Working in Business Support you will be working within an office department, your main duties will include, taking phone messages accurately, updating candidate details on the company’s database, filing, answer the telephone promptly and politely, speaking courteously to clients and candidates, undertaking errands, data entry, faxing documents when required, opening post.  In addition, you will be required to complete audits within the field with regards to compliance of practice and ways of working.  The ideal candidate will have experience of working practice within the field of social care. You will also be responsible for any other administrative duties as required.

Skills Required   

  • A proven ability to demonstrate a good level of written English
  • Exceptional level of accuracy and keen eye for detail
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Ability to build rapport and assist customers in an empathetic and confident manner
  • Experience in administration or correspondence roles advantageous however transferable skills from other roles will be considered
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines is a must

Qualifications Required

  • Level 2 in Business Administration
